Terrace Townhomes are beautiful Colorado-Style townhomes surrounded by sweeping vistas and meticulously maintained grounds. The townhomes are built according to the Greenside Construction concept that ensures peace of mind, energy efficiency, and long-term construction quality.

The developers approached us to create a logo that represented the contemporary, clean lines of the townhomes. After reviewing floor plans and architectural renderings, we noticed that each townhome had exposed steel beams in the living area. This became the inspiration for the logo design along with using an industrial-style font.

Next, the developers needed a marketing tool to promote sales during construction. We developed a 24 page brochure that includes floor plans for each model, architectural renderings, aerial maps, site plans and more. This gave the realtors a great tool for driving sales before building even began.
